Servpro had the in-house staff available to manage a social media campaign, but they needed an effective strategy and plan to follow to ensure they were utilizing Twitter in a way that would benefit both their customers and their business. We developed a custom social media plan for Servpro to utilize twitter to reach and engage with their customers, insurance agents and employees.
